Maintenance + Repair Services

  • Sewer Line Inspection

Sewers are required to be inspected either for routine maintenance or due to an emergency that requires repair. Specialized CCTV camera equipment is deployed into the sewer system to retrieve accurate visual data. This method provides exact location information, along with the specific blockage or damage type that may be occurring in the sewer system.

  • Sewer Line Cleaning

Sewer operators deploy several different methods to clean sewers. Depending on the situation, different tools, technology and procedures are required to tackle problematic hindrances in sewer systems. These methods can include hydraulic water velocity, heavy water flow flushing, mechanical rodding, poly pig capsule release, and biological enzyme methods.

  • Pump + Tank Repair

Ferg’s can service existing sump pumps and tanks in an emergency situation or for routine maintenance. In certain situations, the pumps and tanks will need to be replaced and installed an efficient manner. If pumps and tanks are required for new construction sites, we can prep the site and install a new septic system correctly, the first time.

  • Septic Tank Cleaning + Maintenance

A clean and functional septic system is something that requires regular maintenance. Some signs of a full or malfunctioning system are: slow flushing or drainage in sinks, bad odors in the home, pooling groundwater over the septic field, gurgling drains, or raw sewage backup into sinks and bathtubs. Call Ferg’s and affiliates for your regular maintenance.

  • Leakage Detection & Repair

Leakage in your sewage and drainage systems can cause significant damage to the home if not treated. Ferg’s uses state of the art technology to assess leakages, their causes, and the location of the leak source. Once a leak type is diagnosed and located, the repair can begin. With over 30 years of hands on experience, Ferg’s repairs any type of leak in an efficent manner.

  • Grease + Oil Interceptor Clearing

For commercial and industrial purposes, grease and oil interceptors are tanks installed to trap unwanted byproduct from entering the main sewer system. Like other types of septic tanks, these interceptors need to be regularly emptied, inspected and maintained to function optimally. Ferg’s specializes in inspecting, cleaning, and repairing grease and oil interceptors.

  • Snaking

A drain auger, or “drain snake” is a specialized plumbing tool that is used for stubborn clogs that are proving resistant to plunging. A drain snake is a long coiled tool that moves forward until it reaches a blockage in the pipe. When the snake encounters the obstruction, the twisting motion of the auger head attaches onto blockage debris and is then pulled out of the pipe line.

  • Crack Detection

Detecting cracks in a sewer or septic systems are essential to diagnosing the systems functional capability, or possible structural issues. Ferg’s uses the most accurate method to detect possible cracks and damage, a deployable inspection camera. The camera is inserted into the sewer line to gather visual information. The imaging is then recorded and displayed for evaluation.

  • Hydro Flushing + Jetting

Hydro flushing uses specialized machinery to push highly pressurized water through a plumbing system. High pressurized water is dispersed through a rotating head to break apart and remove problematic buildup inside pipes. This build up can include grease, minerals, sand and gravel, random debris, and even large items like tree roots.
